"The Doors"
Beautiful and having so much Character, doors are truly inspiring works of art. Just imagine all the people who have passed through and the history behind each one. For some reason over the years I have become fascinated with the array of color and bold personality of every door I see. Please enjoy the beautiful compilation below.

Panties to Riches
For a product that doesn’t leave much to the imagination,
Sara Blakely has sure figured out a way to make a buck or two from what we
would simply dub as “underwear”; however, that is quite the contrary. In fact, this little lady has revolutionized
the concept of undergarments and has made her product, Spanx, become a staple
piece in a woman’s wardrobe. Spanx has
also landed Miss Blakely on Forbes Billionaires list. Recently, it is estimated that the average
net worth of Spanx to be around $1 billion.
Let me also mention that Blakely owns 100% of the private company, has
never borrowed any money towards her business, and has paid ZERO, yes ZERO, in
advertising. So how did she do it? That is a GREAT question. I am sure if there was an answer to this question, then we would all be billionaires.
She truly is an inspiring woman, who happened to have one really BIG
idea. To read more visit: Forbes.com
“Today Spanx is to slimming undergarments what Kleenex is to
tissues: a brand that stands for the category.”

The New Loafer
FUN MEETS PRACTICALITY.
I was in “awe” when I discovered these shoes. In my opinion they are INGENIOUS. Not only are they a classic, iconic loafer
they also serve a very practical purpose.
As we all know, fashion can sometimes lack practicality. The founder and Creative Director of Swims,
Johan Ringdal, was inspired by the ever changing Manhattan weather and the
issue of his nice shoes getting wet with the rain, snow, and slush. He basically has improved and modernized the
galoshes or rain boots that we have come to adore and love during the icky
weather days. To learn more about this water-proof loafer visit: http://www.swims.com.
FUN & INTERESTING FACTS:
1. Extremely Comfortable
2. Water-proof
3. Anti-bacterial and Odor-Resistant EVA Mesh Lining
4. Breathable Vents
5. Perfect for College Students, Travel, City Folk, and the "Everyday" Lifestyle
